How do I place an order?
  • Step 1 Shopping Cart - Add items to your shopping cart. And once you're done shopping, click the "checkout" button. You can edit the quantity by highlighting the number in the box, correcting the quantity and clicking the button with the circulating arrow, on the right side of the box. To remove items, just click on the trash can button next to the item you'd like to delete.
  • Step 2 Account - For existing customers, enter your email address and password and click "Login." For new customers, create a new account by filling out the form and click "Submit."
  • Step 3 Address - If your billing address is correct and you'd like your package to be delivered to your billing address then click "Continue Checkout." If you'd prefer to have your package shipped to a different address, then click on "Different Address" and click "Continue Checkout." You can select a saved address from your address book or enter a new address.
  • Step 4 Confirmation - Confirm your billing information, shipping address, enter your coupon code or gift certificate code and select shipping preferences. Once you have confirmed all your information is correct, proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button.
  • Step 5 Purchase - Enter your payment option, payment information and click "Make a Payment."
  • Step 6 Receipt - After accepting your credit card, your receipt for your order will appear. In addition, an Order Confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Item Availability
  • Although we make every effort to keep accurate stock of everything listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we'll notify you via email. Adjustments will be made to your order immediately.

Do you match competitor's prices?
  • Yes, Manhattanite will match any of our online competitor's regular-priced merchandise (sale items do not apply) within 7 days of your purchase. Adjustments will be given at our discretion. Do you charge sales tax?

How can I track my order?
  • An order confirmation email is sent once your order has been successfully transmitted. Additionally, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be included in this confirmation. You may check the status of your order once you login to your account using your email address and password. Then, simply click on "Order Status" and you'll be able to view the details of your past orders and current orders.

Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card for one order?
  • Due to product availability, we may split your order in multiple shipments to guarantee that you get your order as soon as possible. We only charge you once your merchandise is shipped to you. Since items may ship at different times and/or locations, you may incur separate charges on your credit card.

Where is the CVV Code (3 digit security code) on my credit card?
  • To aid in the prevention of fraudulent credit card use, we may require you to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value Code). It's a 3 or 4 digit code located in the signature field on the back of your credit card. Your credit card information will be protected by (SSL) Secure Socket Layer technology certified by a digital certificate.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Manhattanite will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We offer expedited shipping. International shipping methods and disclosure
  • International Shipping Powered by Bongo Checkout

    We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

    Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

    Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Refused shipments

  • We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

What is your return policy?
  • Manhattanite wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise with a Return Authorization number within 14 days of receipt. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Return credits may take approximately 7 days to be processed upon receipt of the item.

    Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RA number. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in any way, the return will not be accepted.

    At Manhattanite, we are committed to selling brand new, authentic designer fashions, accessories, jewelry, home products, beauty products and gifts for moms-to-be, babies and pets. We utilize several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at cs@ShopManhattanite.com to be eligible for a refund.

    We do not accept returns/exchanges on sunglasses, swimsuits, lingerie, jewelry, watches, hair accessories, handbags, beauty products and custom or personalized orders. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Please Note: We do accept returns/exchanges on Footwear. They must be returned in the original box/packaging and follow the company's returns guidelines and instructions.

    Sale Items:
    Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at ShopManhattanite.com. Store credits never expire!

    Final Sale:
    All Final Sale Items are not returnable, they are final sale. Coupon codes applied to orders marked down 30% or more is FINAL SALE. Sale items over discounted 50% or more is considered Final Sale. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.

    Swimwear Returns:
    In addition to all return policies, we allow a one time size exchange or return on swimsuits. All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. Please do not remove your undergarments when trying your swimsuit on for the first time. We will not issue a credit or refund for swimwear unless you follow the company returns guidelines and instructions.

How do I make a return/exchange?
  • Simply follow the return instructions listed on your enclosed invoice. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate sized box or envelope. We highly recommend you insure packages for tracking. Manhattanite is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled in the return process.
